William Schroeder established W.R. Schroeder Interiors in 2009 after a decade of experience working with several well-known Boston design firms, including the renowned designer Roger Lussier. William also oversaw several complete renovations of historic properties while working as a project manager at the award-winning Carter & Company. He also managed the textiles department of Webster & Company at Boston’s Innovation and Design Building. William earned his undergraduate degree in art history and master’s degree in arts administration from Boston University. His background in art history has given him a unique perspective for design and gives his interiors a sense of historical importance.

W.R. Schroeder Interiors offers a variety of services to meet clients’ needs. William will execute full scale project management on existing and new

construction projects and work from on-site measurements and architectural plans to create furniture layouts and design schemes, including kitchen and bathroom design. Other services include custom furniture design, space planning, art and antique acquisition, and color consultation.

Over the course of his career, William has developed close relationships with the finest vendors and sources in the industry. His firm grasp on the art and antiques market allows him to offer clients the opportunity to acquire unique objects with a history. William works with art and antiques dealers, exclusive vendors, and artisans to ensure a customized aesthetic for his clients.

William believes in a close, working relationship and encourages his clients to be involved with the design process, asking questions and sharing their vision, ideas and inspiration.
